Hi Keith has the printer ever worked before with the braille note? and if
so, with what version of keysoft?
Also, has it ever worked before with that version of keysoft?
Reason that I'm saying this, is because from time to time (I have a hp692c)
with my braille note, the braille note (this is still using keysoft 4.01) I
have been a little skeptical about installing 5.1, I will print out many
documents and then wind up having to reset it because it just says the same
thing that yours had, (printing of so and so doc) is done, but no action so
I reset it, pick print, and all is well again. I would imagine that this is
the same for the voice note and I would try it if it was working before.
When I reset the braille note for it to print, this is done with no keys
held down.

It should be noted that the printer works fine with the desktop computer.
