Terry,

Note that you can also type the date instead, if the usual navigation commands 
don't work.
These are the formats I recommend (let's use January 12, 2004 as an example).
12 jan 04
12 jan 2004

Note that you use the first three letters of the month.  There are other 
formats that one can use, but I recommend these two only so as not to confuse 
you, since the others are dependent on the date format your BN is using, while 
others have a bug.
