Is there a command to get to this menu without bringing up a web page first?

Thanks for any assistance.

Hi Sharon,

If you want to save your e-mails, save them on another disc. Your e-mail will run slow when you have a lot of them in your e-mail folders.

What I do is after about 30 or so I not only empty my folders, but I also go to my internet file options and clear cookies, then erase my temp files, and then I erase my browser history. This will take care of the sluggishness.

Or, should I put them on to flash card before I delete the emails in those folders? Email is beginnning to run very slow. Both folders are very full.
