No, that won't work.  The BN will say "semicolon still" (without the quotes).  
Do a dot 4, followed by dots 3-4 to produce a slash in Grade 2 Braille.  This 
will always work, and if you review the word with speech, the BN will say 
"slash" (without the quotes).  HTH.
