When I back up onto my CF card I back up into my none folder. That way I
don't have to deal with subdirectories etc. when I want to access something
on my cf card. It seems to work well. I just wonder if this could cause
some sort of problem or not.
Thanks.

Subject: [Braillenote] backup question!

Hello All:
First of all, I want to wish everybody on the list a wonderful, happy, and
safe Christmas and a prosperous and wonderful new year.

Now for my queery. There has been a lot of talk not so far back about
backing up all the files on the BN. It has seemed to me, and I absolutely
could be incorrect here, that the discussion indicated that backup should be
done by separate files. I have been backing up my BN using the backup in
the File Manager. Am I correct in doing this? Am I protected? What is
backed up by using the backup in File Manager? Now, I am certainly full of
questions, but I have learned the hard way that backing up is really
important on computers and related equipment. So, with this in mind, and if
I should be backing up some other way, can someone tell me how to backup
correctly, please. I'll say thanks in advance.

Reggie and Lonnie, guide dog
