Hello Mary Ellen,

Are you saying that you haven't even seen a contraction in a Braille
document? What version of KeySoft do you have on the flash disk and what
version is burnt into ROM?

If I have understood correctly, I would suggest reinstalling KeySoft to get
back any Braille translation files that may have been lost or corrupted as
an immediate suggestion.

Just having another thought as well - do you have the multi-lingual
software?

Subject: [Braillenote] Something totally strange is going on in my
BrailleNote:

Hi guys!
I have my Braille Note set up and we are talking qwerty keyboard here, to
have everything come on the Braille display in contracted Braille.
Anyway, for the last few days, there has not been a contraction in sight and
I have gone into the options menu repeatedly to fix this and I am still
being assured that my text reading grade is grade 2 and my computer braille
reading grade is grade chosen or whatever the message is. I feel like I am
missing something here and can't figure out what.
So where do I go to get my contractions back?
Thank you!
Mary Ellen Earls
