Peter: I am a one handed user, lefthand to be exact, of the BN. I use a BT model, & it is very usable. Actually, usable enough that when an acquaintance of mine had a broken wrist, I was able to talk him through it's use within 5 minutes. He was able to pick up & go without further coaching. I haven't used the QT version, so I can't comment fairly as to the differences there. As far as file transfer, there are several methods available, & it is easily done. Personally, I am satisfied with Activesync, I know that others on this list will also have suggestions.
