Peter:

I am a one handed user, lefthand to be exact, of the BN.  I use a BT model,
& it is very usable.  Actually, usable enough that when an acquaintance of
mine had a broken wrist, I was able to talk him through it's use within 5
minutes.  He was able to pick up & go without further coaching.  I haven't
used the QT version, so I can't comment fairly as to the differences there.
As far as file transfer, there are several methods available, & it is easily
done.  Personally, I am satisfied with Activesync, I know that others on
this list will also have suggestions.
