Hi John,
I totally misunderstood your question.  From what you've written, I think you 
mean you want to have the BN automatically insert the same text at the top of 
each page as a heading, such as a name or date.  Am I right this time? If so, 
I'm really not sure how this could be done.  I've never really needed to do it, 
so I haven't experimented with possibilities, if it can be done at all.  Sorry 
I can't help you with this.  If, however, you mean something else by your 
question, sorry I misinterpreted it again.
