Hi Badih, No, I don't think it's necessary to delete your email folders definition file. You should not do this generally, since it would result in the loss of all email you have stored in your bn. I believe that these are ghost email, though I haven't heard the problem reported in awhile. Try writing two email to yourself. After you send these, you should not get this prompt anymore.
