I have not actually used Active Sync to transfer a couple of Word 2002 documents before, but thanks, I will need to try this approach as I have several documents I have been having problems with.

I tried just saving an office xp ms word document onto a flash card and opening it in the bn. I got some sort of error I don't recall. Yesterday, I tried again saving the file as a word 6.0 file. But this time, I used active sync to transfer the document. It said it was converting it to pocket word and it opened. I haven't just tried a word xp document to see what would happen. But just transfering to a flash card with a card reader certainly didn't work.
