Hi Mike,

Thank you very much for this reply. I was fretting that I would hear the
same reaction from someone at PDI or PDH as those for which I had to repeatedly
make clarifications. I suppose your response disproves someone's point that
the more I try to get my message across, the smaller will the chances be that
the company would listen.
I believe it needs to be understood and appreciated that not all people who
support and hope for a better BrailleNote will express her comments in the same
way as others--hailing the BrailleNote for what it already is and can do. I do
appreciate what the BrailleNote has offered the user so far--there's no
question about that. My concern is the future of the BrailleNote and how fast
will we see that hoped for future to take shape. I'm afraid that any
company--PDI or FS or Papenmeier--must race against time, choosing to
prioritize urgent matters or plan a course of action that can be implemented at
a reasonable pace, given the available resources.
About multi-tasking on the BrailleNote, I realize from your post that the
term can take on different meanings and I agree that what you have described
does work. Something related to that--I read on this list weeks ago that there
is a problem when switching to another KeySoft application while writing an
email. It appears that when the user switches back to KeyMail and the message
he is writing, it will still be there but when it is exited to be sent, the
email disappears and is not saved in the OutBox.
Does anyone on this list know if this is still happening with version 5.1?
I have not experimented on this yet because I keep forgetting to do so, and I
do not want to try it when I'm typing an email I really want to send.

Thanks,
Kirstyn
