Hi Kirstyn, I believe this still does happen. However, no matter what, I always copy an email I've written to the clipboard, so if it doesn't get saved in the GhtBox, I can just create a new message into which I would paste the clipboard and then re-try, and see if it gets saved the OutBox. I do this for every email, so I haven't really had the need to pay attention to this, but I think I do remember it happening a few days ago when I switched back to KeyMail from something else. This isn't 100% solid, so maybe someone else could tell you, or you would know for sure if you tried it out yourself. HTH. Maria
