Hi Crystal,
I just try it on a site-by-site basis, and see if it works. I can think of
three websites that I can access Secure web pages with when shopping and
logging into accounts. They were National Braille Press {www.nbp.org},
Recorded Booksar Inc. {www.recordedbooks.com}, and Seedlings Braille Books
{www.seedlings.org}. Although I've used these sites recently, I haven't logged
into my accounts or shopped there in a few months; I'm pretty sure they all had
Security dialog boxes, but I'm not sure Seedlings, so sorry if that one's
wrong. I'm pretty sure I'm doing the same thing as you, just pressing ENTER on
the OK button, and having the page load successfully. It could be on the type
of encryption supported by IE 4, as pointed out on the List. Different sites
would have different encryptions, so I just press ENTER on the OK button of a
Security Redirection dialog box, and hope it loads. HTH, and I'm sorry to hear
that you've had no luck with this. Hopefully, PDI will work on KeyWeb and
KeyMail in the near future; don't get me wrong, I think these programs are
wonderful, and I find them extremely useful to have on the BrailleNote. I
think the BrailleNote is an awesome thing, and it's completely changed my life
for the better, but I'm just suggesting. Also, more space in the KeySoft
System Disk would be great too, but that's a whole other story.
