Oh, OK.  Anyway, the secure sites I had been able to access successfully using 
Keyweb were these chocolatier links where a chocoholic like me can buy Belgian 
chocolates, LOL, this site for sending people gifts that you pay for via credit 
card, Yahoo's secure page where you enter your credit card to pay for services 
like POP3 access, and an illegal site (nope, not porn, thank you) that of 
course I cannot mention.
Now I wonder if having some NBP people (like Anna Dresner) owning the 
BrailleNote helped in making their website more accessible, <shrug>.  But the 
concern about accessing bank accounts online using a version higher than IE 4 
is something that needs quick consideration, I think.  With Yahoo, I've been 
seeing messages saying "this page can only be accessed by IE 5 or higher..." 
blah blah, but there's a link you can click to get to the "older version" of 
the page that can still be accessed by IE 4.  I'm afraid banking sites have 
that option.
