Hi. The problem is that I have always used the windows address book and not the one in outlook. As far as outlook is concerned, I don't have an address book or as they call it, a contact list. I can't seem to find any way of importing the windows address book into outlook either. If I could get it there, I suppose I could just sync it over to the bn address book.

Yes, with version 5.0 you can use the sync option and synchronize your
braillenote addressbook with that of outlook; it is in an appendix of
the user's manual (do not recall which appendix); to get to the manual,
use, space with o and then the letter u; this gets you to the online
user's manual; when prompted for table of contents or index, hit the t
for table of contents, then hit a for appendix, hit enter and arrow to
the one for synchronization.
You may have to download some files from Microsoft for your system to
make it run, depending on how up to date your windows environment is.
