You can import it from OE into Outlook.

Subject: RE: [Braillenote] my first question

Hi. The problem is that I have always used the windows address book and not
the one in outlook. As far as outlook is concerned, I don't have an address
book or as they call it, a contact list.
I can't seem to find any way of importing the windows address book into
outlook either. If I could get it there, I suppose I could just sync it
over to the bn address book.
