  Unfortunately, I cannot access the Braille display from anywhere within
the BrailleNote or it's applications, even after performing a reset. The
thumb keys will not even respond. Speech and everything else seems to be
working fine, though.
  Jonathan,
I'll definitely give tech support a call on this one. Do you know there
phone number? I live in British Columbia, Canada.
