I've never had this problem, but a hard reset might help. That is, a RESET
with dots 4-5-6 on the BT or j k l on the QT. Once when I got asterisks and
equal signs, I thought it was a problem with the BN, but I checked on the PC,
and discovered that they were actually there. People on the list have
suggested resetting to solve the problem about getting "anonymous" in their
Subject and From lines. If just a pressing of the reset switch didn't work for
you, perhaps the reset with dots 1-2-3 BT and s d f QT or the other one
mentioned above might help. It's also been suggested that database be freed.
Go to the KeyMail menu, select KeyMail Setup Menu, and then Free Database
Space. The BN will say "Freeing Database Space. Please Wait." It will beep,
and when it's done, it will say "Operation Complete", and tell you how many
bytes were freed. Also, when I had many emails on my unit, I found I had some
problems receiving the message, so perhaps deleting some email if you have a
lot might help. I've never had this problem, but just some suggestions. HTH.
