Bob/John Thanks for your suggestions. The problem I had, however, was as someone else suggested, I'm getting the product piecemeal or, in other words, it was a botched sales/despatch process. I had absolutely no documentation, the relevant directories hadn't even been set up on the flash card and, to boot, after ringing Pulsedata EKurope, I also discovered I was supposed to get a CD as well as the card with everything on it which, of course, I didn't.
Thanks to the very kind help from Don Bishop, I did, however, get all the documentation last night in advance of me phoning PDE today. >From what others have said on this list from the States, it seems that PDE is not the only flaky dealership and, at least, they didn't extort the money from me months in advance of non-delivery!
