Greetings: A client of ours recently sent in her Braillenote for service and a software upgrade. Having had an SMA on my Braillenote, I was able to go to the web page that is keyed into via serial number and download the keysync .net setup files. How long should it take PDI to log a serial number so that this client can set up Keysync on her computer? Thanks.

My husband has been having the same problem with his BrailleNote 18. I was going to ask the list about it but hadn't gotten around to it.
