Greetings:
A client of ours recently sent in her Braillenote for service and a
software upgrade.
Having had an SMA on my Braillenote, I was able to go to the web page
that is keyed into via serial number and download the keysync .net setup
files. How long should it take PDI to log a serial number so that this
client can set up Keysync on her computer?
Thanks.

Beth, I'm so glad you posted this message. My husband has been having
the
same problem with his BrailleNote 18. I was going to ask the list about
it
but hadn't gotten around to it.
