Dear Riana, Regarding favorites on the PC, you asked: "Is there a way to copy not only the titles, but together with the urls, in order to somhow get them to my vn's favourites folder and will it work?"
Yes. All you need do is locate the Favorites folder on your PC, copy the files either to a disk, storage card, or into the synchronized files folder on your Desktop if using Active Sync, and from their on to your VoiceNote. For Windows 95/98/ME, the Favorites folder is most likely located under the Windows folder of your boot drive, ordinarily Drive C. For Windows XP, the Favorites folder is usually located under Documents and Settings inside your username's folder. No conversion of your favorite files is required, the BrailleNote and VoiceNote will recognize both their titles and the URLs they point to. Is there a way to copy not only the titles, but together with the urls, in order to somhow get them to my vn's favourites folder and will it work? Alternatively, if one has to access each site first with the vn to add it as favourite, how can one obtain the web address of a particular item listed in that folder on the pc, to paste at the internet address bar prompt on the vn? I have Jaws 4.51 and Office 2000 on the pc. Thanks and regards Riana ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.pulsedata.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote
