Hi Richard. When you find the book you want to download, press enter on that link. The braille note should respond with "folder for download: default is downloads." Either select the folder you want to use or just press enter. The braille note should respond with "book name" and then it types what it believes the book name to be. This is a very important step. Type in a new book name and add ".bks" with out the quotes. This makes the braille note believe this is a book share file--which it isn't. If you did everything right in the last step, the braille note will say "rename extension. Sure?" to which you answer y for yes. Now, when you have all the books you want, bring up the book reader. Point to the downloads folder, and select the book you just downloaded. Follow the prompts to unpack the book. Incidentally, somewhere in the unloading process you will be asked for a password. Just press enter as the file is not actually password protected.
As far as your second question about the winzip program, I'm sure that is for the pc. Unfortunately, there is no zip or unzip program for the braille note. This is why we have to fake out the notetaker. Hope this helps.
