Hi in your programs menu, active sync should probably be called microsoft
active sync.
But that's beside the point, if the computer is saying 0 items, when you
clicked and or pressed enter on mobile device, then your computer is not
seeing the braille note for one reason or another, (it is not that active
sync was uninstalled) or maybe it was, what do you see in your system tray?
Do you see an active sync icon? and if you still don't see the title,
microsoft active sync I would then reinstall active sync and restore your
partnership again because some how, it got uninstalled I guess.
Hope this helps

Subject: [Braillenote] Active-Sync Walked Away! (grin)
Hi, listers.
I installed active-sync on my computer and was transfering the files from
the computer in to BNQT just fine. Then I did not have a chance of using my
BNQT for a couple of weeks. Yesterday, however, when the great news of this
upgrade spread like a jungle-fire, I thought I should try this too! The
problem is that I am unable to find active-sync in my computer, I am not
sure where it disappeared! (grin.) I went to My Computer and found an item
there, called, Mobile Device. When I hit enter on Mobile-device, Jaws said,
0 items. Then I went to programs menu and tried to find active-sync here
but could not find it. I am sure that I am doing something absolutely
wrong, and I am equally sure too that one of you wonderful gurus would tell
me what I am doing wrong here.
Your help will be greatly appreciated, I will buy you your favorite
champagne and kiss the ground you walk on, etc, etc, etc!
Thanks!
