Brenda,

It was a book that I converted from text to MP3.  I have done it before,
quite successfully.  After the switch to 5.1, however, it isn't working.  I
can find the file when I search for it in the directory, but when I try to
play it with the MP3 player, it can't be found, even if I use space with x
to locate it.  I am really frustrated, and I keep missing calls from the BN
tech support people.
