Hi Dean:

Thank you for your reply.  This happened today and I pressed Enter and all
went fine today.  However, last week, this happened a few times and Had a
bit of rough time.  When I happened to be telling my local salesperson, he
strongly advised me to contact the tech support the next time it happened so
hence the call this morning.
