Sharon, Keyweb performance is affected by the amount of space you have in the Keysoft Systems Disk. Go to the Directory option of the File Manager (press F from the Main Menu, then D), and when placed on the list of drives, SPACE to the Keysoft Systems Disk but do NOT hit ENTER. Press SPACE with I (READ with I) instead and look at the first number given. This is the remaining space in bytes. Ideally, this should be above 6,000,000 but if it's above 5,000,000, then Keyweb should still work just fine, though a little slower than normal. If the remaining space is below 5 MB, you will notice sluggishness when using Keyweb. If this is the case, check if you have anything eating up that space - temporary internet files, Browser History, and contents of the Synchronize Files folder if you have one due to Active Sync use. Move out files that you want to keep in order to save them elsewhere and delete the copies you have in the Keysoft Systems Disk. You must maximize the free space you have here to spare you of many headaches. Do a RESET after doing any clean-up and try Keyweb again. If it's still sluggish, do a RESET with dots 4-5-6 held down, and reset the clock and calendar. This should remove any non-system files in the Keysoft Systems Disk.
