You can use the "multiple character" or? single character" wildcards. Depending on what grade of braille you must use in certain files, you may hear the "multiple character wildcard" named or it may say "star". The command for the "multiple character" is space with dots 3:5 or in sign, and the single is space with 2/3/6 or question mark or opening quote. When you are asked for the file name, press the multiple character wild card and the bn will ask you for the destination drive, which you then enter in. The bn then tells you how many files are selected and asks you if you want confirm each file. If you answer "yes", the bn will ask, "Ok to copy ---?" where --- is the filename. It will do this for each of the files selected. If you answer no, the bn will copy all selected files. You can narrow it down by typing the name of a file that is one in a series, for example, a book that has more than one volume, provided the name and number are all in the same place. For example dog v#1dog v#2 and so on. If you put the number differently in another volume, this will not work. If you want to do this, just type the name of the file and without spacing press the multi character wild and hit enter, which you must hit anyway when using these features after you press the command keys of course. I haven't used the single character card as much, so I will let someone else tell you a little more about it. For my purposes, I mostly use the multi character wildcard. Good luck and hth.
