I don't use keysync a lot, or activesync as it is called in my unit. I am not able to comment on the outlook part right now, because I'm not using 5.0 as yet and have a classic motherboard. I will tell you though, that from my standpoint, any increase in the way you can use the bn is always welcome. Did anyone ever get my message about the problem I was having when I did synk with our pc, and yes, from my comments you can guess that I do have a pc in our house. To summarize, when I sync with our pc, everything goes fine for me, but even after we disconnect the cable from the serial port, when my wife tries to sync her pda, which worked perfectly before, the computer recognizes her connection for a little while and says connecting and then drops her without ever connecting to her pda. This also happens when I use the bn as a braille terminal with Jaws. The question I asked is, is this a bn problem or a pc problem? I'm afraid if I call the pc or pda people, they will say its a bn problem (they probably won't really know anything about braille note takers) and if I talk to pdi, you might say it's a pda or pc problem. The trouble is, it worked just fine for a while and I don't know what changed to make the pc act this way.
