You might try copying the email folders.cdb and the keylist or address
list.cdb files from your keysoft system disk back onto the flash disk in
their correct folders. This has fixed some problems for me in the past.

Subject: [Braillenote] No further with my email folders problem

OK here I go again. After reading through the many and very helpful, very
explicit replies to my message (oh boy, don't some of you spend hours
trying
to help? imagine how much you could be paid for this!). I have found the
following:
My backups (yes, all three of them) seemed to have problems;
I have now plenty of free space on my flash disk - yes, I did have nested
folders within folders within folders;
I have re-installed KeySoft 5, all is well, but still get the dreaded
message 'cannon find mail folders'; and
my address list seems to have disappeared.
I have even tried creating these folders manually (yes, I realise the book
says these are created internally but thought it was worth a go).
When trying to write an email I was asked if I wanted to create a new
address list, and did so.
So, still can't read mail, or seemingly write it for some reason.
I am still unclear as to which files I can safely delete in order for the
system to recreate them (or is it a case of clearing my flash completely
(and Keysoft too?) and reinstalling version 4.01?
Any help welcomed - I don't really want to have to return the unit if at
all
possible.
