Hi Crystal and Bob,

Is the reason for this suggestion the preference to stay in the Keymail Menu,
rather than to exit and be returned to the Main Menu, when you only send
e-mails without receiving new ones on the server? If so, this is a work-around
I can offer.

If you wish to just send e-mails, instead of pressing SPACE with E (ESCAPE),
press ENTER with BACKSPACE with E (FUNCTION with 8). Yes, this is the keyboard
shortcut to enter Keymail.

Since you are already in Keymail, this command will exit you from there, let
you send messages in the Outbox and even empty your Trash, and whether you
reply yes or no to the prompt about sending mail or deleting the Trashed ones,
it will not put you back in the Main Menu, but instead, return you to Keymail.

As for using Keyweb, where you get disconnected for whatever reason, and you
are left on the web page, clicking on a link to proceed will usually take you
to the prompt asking for which Directory of Service to use. If you wish to
reconnect and still be on that page, then press ENTER with O (CTRL with O),
then ENTER. You will be asked which Directory of Service to use.

HTH,
Roselle
