Hi Gisela,

If you want to create a Keylist definition file solely for that purpose, then
please don't bother learning. I've tried that already, also in an attempt to
make the switching between addresses easier (that is, a method that will not
require typing), but it's no use.

You can select another Keylist definition file, enter a different name or
address, but when you switch back to Address List (the default used), the name
and address you had previously entered there would be overwritten by the name
and address you entered after selecting the other file.

Now I'm not suggesting to PDI that they fix this because even if this were the
case, people would still tend to forget to select the right file in the Address
List under Keymail Setup. If ever PDI would consider improving Keymail, they
should put the fields requiring the entries for the name and address appearing
in the headers in the Directory of Services definition file, so that when, for
instance, I select the record for my Yahoo account in order to send messages,
it will be my Yahoo address that will appear in the headers. This is not only
an easier way of doing it, but also the more logical way.

Regards,
Roselle
