Hi, Maria. I have a qt so I would need someone to tell me the proper commands using that unit. I asked someone in tech support and he didn't seem to think that I could edit these fields. As an example, If I edit the phone number field, I see the words phone number. The number is actually not shown on the display, only the area code. I can't get to the rest of the number to edit it.

Hi Paul,
I find that I'm able to edit my entries, at least on my BN BT. I first hit BACKSPACE with dots 1-4 (CONTROL with K) to modify a field, then scroll down to the field, then I either position the touch cursor where I want to edit, or I hit the Read Current Character Command (SPACE with dots 3-6 or READ with Comma), which usually puts my cursor at the beginning of the info I've entered. I can then move the cursor around the same as with a document, and execute the necessary commands. After I finish editing, I execute the command I would normally use to Add a Completed Record (SPACE with dots 2-6 or CONTROL with ENTER), and my changes take effect. HTH.
Maria
