I paid $250 for the Software Maintenance Agreement through HumanWare. That was for getting it through electronically, that is, not receiving the software on a CF card. Last March, when I got my BN, the price for a CF card SMA was $280. I agree with you, and that's why I got the cheaper SMA. If I want a copy of the software package, they can copy it to a CF card just in case, but it would always be in the folder where the person downloaded the file to. That's why I would only get the software burnt into ROM when I sent it for servicing. I can live with the Flash Disk upgrade. Also, that's what I paid for, so of course I'm going to take advantage of it. That's my opinion. Maria
