Hi Dennis,

You set your virtual position which it sounds like you did. You also then do
the same for your destination. Now, make sure you're in virtual mode and not
gps mode by pressing the letter v. It should say "switched to virtual mode".
If it says switched to gps mode, press it again to toggle back to virtual mode.

To create a route, once your virtual position and your destination have been
set, press the letter r followed by either the letter p or the letter v
depending on
whenther you want to create a pedestrian or vehicular route. The bn will then
create the route, showing you progress numbers until it's completed. This
may take several minutes depending on the length of the route.

Once the route is completed, you can trace the route by repeatedly pressing the
letter w to step through it.

There appears no way to set a virtual position and "walk" down streets as you
could in Atlas. If you can explore this way I sure haven't figured out how to
do it.

The manual really could have been written more clearly and I found it somewhat
difficult to follow as well. I had to read much of the information several
times to figure it out.

Not had as much time as I should to go through the whole manual but hope
someone can help.
I am trying to navigate my surroundings in virtual mode. I have set up a
virtual position, can find the first intersection (but not sure how to find
one in another direction), but don't know how to move towards it, or in any
other direction to explore surroundings.
Also, after I put in a street address as a destination, how do I get GPS to
plan out the route?
Any help most welcomed please, or point me to the section numbers in the
manual which I have read through but obviously not closely enough.
