Hi Tina, Yes, you can set up your alarm to go off only on certain days. At the "Recurrence?" prompt, hit W for Weekly, and upon pressing ENTER, you should be asked "Occur on which days?" Here, type in the first few letters of each day, with no commas, and spaces in between each. For example, in your case, for every day but Friday and Saturday, you would put in: mon tue wed thu sun Then, hit ENTER, and your entry will be accepted. You can then proceed to set the number of weeks between the occurrences, which you would probably want to leave at the default of 1 in your case, and then you would be presented with the rest of your details, which would be an alarm, etc. Upon pressing SPACE with E (ESCAPE), you can hit Y to confirm that you want to schedule the appointment.
