Why would she need and or want to do a reset if she is not having any issue
with her braille note accept for the crummy battery life that she is
experiencing now that a reset can not fix?
I tried the same user guide thing that she was talking about and it does the
same thing on my braille note I doubt that this would be a bug given the
fact that two braille (mark that 3) braille notes are experiencing this now.
