Hi, Bruce. Thanks for that. I guess I am just so used to having a lithium
battery in my cell phone. I had it in there for two years or more and I
guess it is still working fine. I had always heard that the nickel hydride
batteries still could develop a memory and that the lithium ones could not.
I sure wish we could make these replaceable. It always makes me anxious to
send my device across country to get its battery changed. What if they lose
it as was almost done with my braille lite 18? What if it gets damaged in
shipping?
If we had a battery that didn't need replacing or could buy another one and
replace it ourselves, I guess that would take some of the anxiety out of
it<grin>.
