I've never had this problem, but freeing up database space or deleting some 
emails from the BN if you have a lot might help.  At one time, I think I had 
over a hundred emails, and it wouldn't let me receive them at all until I 
deleted some.  There's a subdirectory in the KeyMail folder called Attachments, 
so it might be a possibility that they are there.  However, since I've never 
actually had this problem, I'm not quite sure what to tell you; deleting some 
emails when I wasn't able to receive any part of one helped me out though HTH.
