In my BT manual for KeySoft 5, the switch-on commands are documented in section 
1.15.3 of the User Guide, and the section is titled "Start-Up Braille and 
Speech Mode".  It's in the section called "General Functions" in the "Getting 
Started" chapter, Chapter 1.  I've only had the BrailleNote since KS 4.01, so 
I'm not sure about the Readme files; however, I think I remember seeing the 
commands somewhere in the KeySoft 4 manual, but I don't think it was in a 
specific section because it was pretty hard to find.
