Hello list:

In answer to this query, you could back the KeyPlan folder up to another
drive, delete the KeyPlan folder on your flash disk then as soon as you open
the planner, a new database would be created.

However, the problem comes when you go to restore a backup. You will be
asked if you want to replace the already existing Planner files. If you do
this, obviously your older Planner files will go South. Therefore, it would
be wise to back the new Planner files up before restoring the old ones.

If doing this, then I would urge you to take extra care so no unnecessary
headaches are experienced in trying to recreate all lost appointments.
