In the US, the "at" sign is generated by pressing SPACE with U, followed by dot 4. You can only generate one in Computer Braille, so if you're in Grade 2, you would press BACKSPACE with J to get into Computer Braille, type the "at" sign, and return to Grade 2 by pressing BACKSPACE with B. Note that Grade 0 (Computer Braille is what it's actually called, but here, it's referred to as Grade 0) and Grade 2 are shown on the Braille display as the Computer Braille dollar sign (dots 1-2-4-6) followed by the letter g followed by the number 0 or 2 respectively. If you want to enter an email address, it's best to do all of it in Computer Braille, and then switch back to Grade 2. Unless you've changed this setting in the Keyboard Settings List, the BN will tell you if Computer Braille is required at a prompt, and pressing SPACE with H will give you options, so it would, for example, tell you how to enter an "at" sign and also a period (dots 4-6) for an email prompt, among other things. These are the US settings, so they will work for you. Also, Appendix J of your User Guide contains a reference list for Computer Braille, and you can look up Computer Braille Topics in your index to access both the Appendix (which is the "reference list" subtopic of "Computer Braille Topics"), and the additional information about settings in the BN that control Computer Braille which are found in the User Guide itself (section 7.17 and its subsections as well as section 5.4.10 of the BT User Guide).
