Jonathan,

Below are my responses to the survey.

Key Plan Survey

1. On average, how many appointments would you have on your Planner each
week?

5-10 appointments each week.

2. When an appointment has past, do you go back and delete it, or do you
retain the appointment as a form of record keeping?

I delete old appointments, but would like to have the ability to retain them
automatically for weekly appointments.

3. Do you keep planners from previous years?

I don't at the moment. (I'm a college student.) However, this feature would
be valuable to me in my future employment as a vocational rehabilitation
specialist.

4. Please feel free to add any comments about what you'd like to see in the
Planner in the future.

A. I'd like the BrailleNote to automatically move appointments from one day,
week and month to another. For example, if I have an appointment every
Monday at 3:00 PM, I would like the BrailleNote to retain this information
from week to week without my having to input it repeatedly.

B. I would like the end of line/page indicators removed. They slow down my
reading speed and distract me when trying to add, delete or change
appointments.

C. I would like the alarm feature to be more user friendly to those of us
with hearing impairments (i.e. vibrotatile output). I've negleted to use the
alarm myself for fear of being unable to hear it and turn it off. I'm also
concerned about the alarm going off intermittantly (as other users have
reported). Once the alarm has been turned off, one should not have to worry
about it sounding again.

Thanks for giving us all the opportunity to share our thoughts!

Lisa
