I learned about another unit which is having much the same difficulty! I
wouldn't be surprised if it will need to go in for cleaning or
observation. The person hasn't had her unit long either!

Hey you guys,
Here is some thing you can try, but it is not a guarantee. Try going to
your options menu, go to your support mode, and then hit the letter x.
This
will exercise your braille display. Let it go for about a half hour or
so.
Sometimes there can be something caught in it. This is probably a last
resort thing, so if it doesn't work, then you need to do the sending in
thing. Good luck.
