I have 5.0 burned into ROM on both units and have not seen this message
yet on either one.

I have 5.0 burned into rom, and 5.1 running, and the new mother board.
I
haven't seen the message, but I do occasionally get the access denied
message when I go to the address list (which almost immediately
disappears), and I sometimes lose my stopwatch, but it comes back with a
reset.
