the reading edge is a bit old, now, it was out in the days of the Keynote
Companions if anyone remembers them?

I'm sorry, but I've never tried to use reading edge with Braille Note. I used
to use it with the Braille and Speak
disk drive to produce Ascii text for my book collection. Since I only have the
cables that work with Braille and Speak, I'm not sure I can make it work with
Braille Note. Since the voice in reading Edge can read without the aid of a
computer, I can just scan things in and read it with reading Edge.
Now let's not give up completely. Hey, you, tech guys at Pulse data! Would
there be a way to scan the text into reading Edge, correct the scanning errors,
send the text to Braille Note, and have Braille Note convert that text to Grade
two for Robert? I guess the question is here, can a way be found to send ascii
text to Braille Note from Reading Edge after he corrected the scanning errors
and then have it converted to Grade two braille by Braille Note?
