Hi Amy, What you could do is install KeySoft 5 again. If you decide to proceed with this and you can't run GPS, you could reinstall GPS and you should be in business. We're still investigating the cause of this. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does, it can be very problematic.
If you don't have the KeySoft package for your BrailleNote, you can download it at the following website address: http://pulsedata.propagation.net/sdw/user/login.aspx The credentials you'll need are the BrailleNote serial number, and the password which should be frog1 unless you have had dealings with Maurice in NZ and he has informed you otherwise.
