Terry, I would create an all day appointment for 18 April then if I wanted
the appointment to appear at the appropriate time when pressing the next
appointment command, I would set the all day appointment to busy, rather
than free.

Now, if you have an alarm set for an all day appointment you would be woken
at midnight since that would be when the new day began so I would set my
alarm warning time to a number of hours so this didn't happen.
