Do you have both DLL files anywhere in your system at all. If you do, and if you've copied both DLL files into your Windows folder on the Flash Disk, it won't take effect until you do a reset. If the files are in the folder, go to the Main Menu to make sure everything's saved. Then, press the Reset button, but don't hold down any keys. After the BN resets itself, you should get the message "System files have been updated. Press reset." Reset again with no keys held down, and you will be returned to the Main Menu. Try seeing if the unit speaks in that language. When you open a document, you have to press ENTER with L (that's the BT command and I don't know the QT, but you can go to the Options Menu and select the "Language for Keyboard Entry" option). Whichever way you do it, the BN will say "Language?" followed most likely by English. To get to the other language, you cycle through the list using the BT command of SPACE with dots 3-4 (if you have a QT you can issue the command for Help and it will tell you the command for cycling through the languages). After the language you want is displayed, press ENTER. Now you can start typing in that language, and the BrailleNote should speak properly. HTH. Maria
