Hi, Melinda: You'd only lose things if they were stored in KeySoft.  If it went 
back to an earlier version, you'd just press the plain reset again.  Of course, 
doing 4-5-6, you'll need to reset the clock.  Probably when I've read all my 
messages, I'll discover someone helped you, so I hope it's working.  Regards.
