Paul, I get my info from two sources: (1) HumanWare Tech support, and (2) 
Personal experience.  There have been times when I have downloaded hundreds of 
messages at a time, and it has resulted it my database becoming corrupted.  I 
bebieve my point is still valid: download 50 or so messages at a time, do what 
you're going to do with them, empty the trash, and go on.  At least, that's 
what has been most successful for me.  God bless.  Bob and Maxy-wax
